New FIPA site and 19th FIPA meeting -- FIPA has redesigned its web
site at www.fipa.org and has made more of its documents and mailing
lists open to non-members.  The 19th meeting of the FIPA standards
group will be held in Sydney, Australia from 16-20 October, 2000 and
