OWL 1.0 in last call -- The W3C Web Ontology Working Group released six Working Drafts, five in Last Call, for OWL 1.0, including the OWL Guide, Overview, Use Cases and Requirements, Semantics and Abstract Syntax, Reference, and Test Cases. Toshiba to market new personal robot -- Toshiba will introduce their Personal Robot Prototype ApriAlpha at Robodex 2003 in Japan. It can recognize up to 100 faces, has built-in speech recognition, voice synthesis and a camera, and communicates via 802.11b, IR and Bluetooth. (3/26)
