Welcome To Distributed-AI.

The main objectives of this list is to help all researchers and postgraduate
students who are interested in Distributed Artificial Intelligence can get
in touch with each another. It is hoped that through this List everyone can
get benefits from discussing hot issues and problems, asking and answering
questions, as well as sharing experience in dai researchs and experiments.
The emphasis is on DISCUSSION, OPINION SHARING, and even DEBATE, but not
only a conference announcement list.

It is the list-owner's wish to encourage discussion on the widest possible
range of subareas in DAI, and possibly on the areas of Artificial
Intelligence as well. So please join in whenever you can and feel free to
start off any new topic whenever you like.

The topics we would like to see include reports on DAI research and
experiment; reports on DAI Conference and Workshops; discussions on DAI
models, algorithms, techniques, methodologies, etc.; questions and answers
on Conference & Workshop papers, Journal and Proceedings; debates on hot
issues; and so on. Besides, other topics such as job-hunting, practical
problems on research life or postgraduate study are also welcomed.

Code of Conduct

There is no binding or obligation of joining distributed-ai. But the
Code of conduct for sending email could be : Don't send anything that
you would not be happy to receive if you were the receiver.
Otherwise, anything is accepted no matter how provocative they are.
The only other rule is that over-lengthy contributions should be
avoided. If you write a long article or report, send it to the
list-owner rather than to the list -- it will be placed in the mailbase
archive while you send a short summary of its contents to the list.
